NagaTech Corporation Limited Warranty
By using a NagaTech product, you agree to follow the terms of the warranty described below, which is also a part of the Terms of Sale. Any capitalized terms that aren’t defined in this document hold the same meanings as in the Terms of Sale.
If you don’t agree with the warranty terms, please return the product within the designated return period specified in the Terms of Sale.
This warranty is valid for NagaTech-branded products purchased directly from NagaTech or an authorized reseller, and it applies only in countries where NagaTech provides shipping and support services.
NagaTech guarantees that its branded products, parts, and modules are free from defects in materials and workmanship, as long as they are used according to NagaTech’s instructions. This coverage lasts for one (1) year from the delivery date unless a different warranty period is noted on your order confirmation or invoice.
Return / Refund Policy
At NagaTech, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
During the first seven (7) days from delivery, the customer may return the laptop for a full refund if the unit is proven defective by the NagaTech Team or partner repair centers. After this period, the laptop may only be subject to warranty.
The following are acceptable cases for a unit to be returned or refunded:
- Dead pixels: Defective pixels on the screen that are permanently off, resulting in display issues.
- Overheating: If the laptop frequently shuts down due to overheating, it may indicate a defective cooling system.
- Graphics card issues: Display flickering or performance issues in graphic-intensive applications.
- Audio issues: Faulty speakers or microphone resulting in distorted or low-quality sound.
- Battery issues: Battery draining quickly or not holding a charge, indicating potential defects.
Note: Any damage caused by user error or mishandling is not covered by the return or refund policy. Evidence of tampering, misuse, or accidental damage will void the warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, email NagaTech Support at support@nagatech.ph. If NagaTech finds that your product has a covered defect, they will decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the product.
If possible, NagaTech may provide replacement parts and repair guides for self-service repairs. If the client prefers the product to be repaired by an Authorized Service Center, NagaTech may require the product to be returned to their facility for diagnosis and repair.
If a full product replacement is needed, it may be with new or refurbished items of similar quality.
If replacement is necessary, NagaTech will provide return instructions, which may include a credit card hold for the item’s retail value, removed once the returned item is received. All returned items become NagaTech’s property.
Any repaired or replaced item will be covered by the warranty for either the remaining original period or 90 days, whichever is longer, unless local laws specify otherwise.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic issues on refurbished or factory second items that don’t affect function.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage from parts or modules not certified by NagaTech.
- NagaTech-branded products bought from unauthorized sources or non-NagaTech-branded products.
- Software or services, including the operating system; refer to the software or service license for its terms.
NagaTech products are not guaranteed to be error-free or to work without interruption. Prototypes, samples, and “AS IS” items are excluded from this warranty.
NagaTech makes no other warranties, including implied warranties like merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as outlined in this document. Some areas may not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty does not cover data loss; customers should back up all data before repairs or returns.
No employee, reseller, or agent can alter this warranty. If any part of this warranty is deemed unenforceable, other terms remain valid.
